Frequently Asked Questions

Q.1. How do I register?

A. To register with Couche, click on ‘My account’ icon on the top-right corner of the home page. Fill in your details and click on register. If you are already registered with us, you can just login.

Q.2. Do I have to disclose my e-mail id and phone number for registration?

A. Email Id is a mandatory field as we will send you regular updates over the mail. However, mobile number is only required if a customer is placing an order, he/she will then receive the order updates on their phone numbers.

Q.3. Can I edit my personal information?

A. Log on to our website and click on ‘My Account’ icon to change your personal details or shipping address.

Q.4. HOW TO ORDER ONLINE?

  • Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”.
  • Register by creating your own Couche account, using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders, to review previous orders, and to save items to your wishlist.
  • Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address.
  • Complete the payment information.

Q.5. What payment methods can I use?

Q.6. I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?

A. Yes, shipping within India is free and you can follow the regular steps to place your order.

Q.7. Can it be possible to make custom fitting garment?

A. Yes, we offer customization in terms of fit, color etc. Select the ‘custom fit’ option while selecting the size of the dress. Give your details and the garment will be customized according to your needs.Note – If you want 2 or more garments customized, you will have to give the details of each garment individually.

Q.8. What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

A. At Couche, we try our best to protect your personal information; unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your personal information, we will notify you as necessary and to the extent possible so you can take appropriate protective steps.

Q.9. What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?

A. If you are interested in buying a product that is out of stock on the website please mail or call us and we can notify you once the product is available for order again.

Q.10. Can I cancel an order?

A. If you have placed an order with us and you want to cancel it, it should be done within 24 hours of the order placed after which no order can be cancelled.

Q.11. Can I change the shipping address of the order?

A.Yes, you can go to my account to change the shipping address or notify us over the mail for the same, no address can be changed once the order has been dispatched

Q.12. How do I return a product?

A. Please read the ‘Terms & Conditions’ to understand the return process.

Q.13. Do you deliver out of India?

A. Yes, we do worldwide shipping. At the time of your checkout you will know the delivery charges for your international order.

Q.14. What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

At Couche, we ensure the safety of your order, however in any circumstances if you receive a product in damaged condition mail us with the picture of the order received with your order number and we will guide you with the next steps.

Q.15. How can I track my order?

A. You can track your order by logging into your account

Q.16. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

A. The estimated delivery for each order is 2-4 weeks. However, for urgent orders you can contact us on hello@coucheworld.com.

Q.17. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

A. We ensure that we send you the right product, however in any case if you receive a wrong order notify us immediately with your order number.
