Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

As part of usual business practice, Couché reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Couché.

LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

• Custom made and Made to order products.
• Orders placed using store credit.
• Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
• Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Couché.
• Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
